CollosoTrading is the trading name of Ceetahdio LTD, registered in England and Wales, registered office at 26a Broad Road, Bristol, BS15 1HZ, United Kingdom. Ceetahdio LTD is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, within the meaning of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018).
When you complete a qualification form for the Free Strategy Audit, Offer 1 (EA Build), Offer 2 (Portfolio), or Offer 3 (Education) — each of which is processed through our forms provider, Formspree — we collect: your name, email address, phone number, details about your trading strategy, EA, account, or prop firm, your budget/investment-readiness answers, and anything else you volunteer in free-text fields.
We use MailerLite to send our welcome sequence, newsletters, and nurture emails. MailerLite processes your email address on our behalf, and records engagement data such as opens, link clicks, and your subscription/unsubscribe status.
Our website is hosted through Namecheap. Standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) may be recorded by our hosting provider as part of normally running the site.
Where you purchase Offer 1, Offer 2, or Offer 3, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe) at checkout. CollosoTrading does not directly collect or store your full card details.
